Summer CSA 2024

Join our popular Summer Vegetable CSA and receive a weekly share of fresh organic vegetables, herbs and flowers. If you choose to pickup your share at our Jericho farmstand you can pick your own bouquet of flowers, fresh herbs, and green beans (with the exception of flowers, these items are included in off-site locations as well). 

Our Settlers Meat Medley is a monthly distribution of premium meats: pasture-raised pork from Pigasus Meats, 100% grassfed beef from Health Hero Farm and pasture-raised chicken from Maple Wind Farm. We also offer Wild Alaskan Salmon shares.

We've teamed up with some great Vermont farms and local food producers to offer you bread, cheese, fruit, and more in our Settlervore Share!

Share Sizes: REGULAR share is sized for 2 people and can be a great supplement to your own garden (our crops are typically ready earlier because of our hoophouses). The LARGE share can feed a family of 4 or two avid vegetable eaters!

What's in a Share?

June: 
Lettuce, scallions, spinach, mesclun, braising greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, baby pac choi, beets with greens, new potatoes, carrots, kale, radishes, salad turnips, fresh herbs. 

Mid-Summer: 
Red and heirloom tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, sweet corn, lettuce mix, carrots, bell peppers, summer squash, zucchini, sweet onions, beans, pick your own herbs and flowers (u-pick for on-farm pickups only).

Early Fall: 
Carrots, beets, turnips, fennel, kale, lettuce, spinach, onions, peppers, potatoes, acorn and delicata squash, tomatoes, cabbage, broccolini, pick your own herbs and flowers (u-pick for on-farm pickups only).

Vegetable and Settlervore Shares: There are 17 weekly distributions that happen on these dates:

  • Mondays, June 10 - Sept 30

  • Tuesdays: June 11 - Oct 1

  • Wednesdays: June 12 - Oct 2

Summer Meat Medley and Salmon share pickups occur once per month on these dates: 

  • Mondays: 7/1, 8/5, 9/2, 9/30

  • Tuesdays: 7/2, 8/6, 9/3, 10/1

  • Wednesdays: 7/3, 8/7, 9/4, 10/2
